I highly recommend Lynn Prilliman as a hands-on-healer and masseuse. Lynn channels healing energy through her hands better than anyone I know. She has a great gift of being able to step into her heart, allowing her guides and her hands to do the work. Her massage is focused on getting you into your body and not pushing you out, If you haven't experienced her hands on healing and massage work, then you are missing out on one of life's true pleasures. I crossed paths with Lynn in January 2010, a time that I was in a VERY dark place in my life and unable to garner any joy or happiness out of any given day. I knew I was missing out on every day I spent with my kids and all I felt was overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, lethargic, and hurt.
